Our establishment is currently open and, unless we receive different official instructions, we welcome you under the following conditions:
Your safety and that of our team is our priority.
First of all, you should know that to date our establishment has not had to report any proven cases of contamination, either from our clients or our team,
Our establishment strictly applies the following health and safety instructions: we wait 24 hours (note: some owners extend this period up to 72 hours) after each guest's stay to start cleaning the room.
Our cleaning procedures are coupled with disinfection procedures according to the following commitments :
All our rooms are ventilated 20 minutes before any cleaning procedure and all windows are open during all cleaning operations,
We wash our hands methodically before and after each cleaning by using a first wash with soap and water for 20 seconds and then applying a dose of disinfectant based on hydroalcoholic gel,
We clean all the surfaces in the room using traditional detergents to remove dirt, grease, dust and germs. Once the surfaces are clean, we apply a disinfectant using a spray. The entire unit is wiped with paper towels or disposable wipes (and/or) we use new cloths for each room cleaning after a guest has left. (Either) These cloths are discarded after each cleaning (or) These cloths are intensively washed at a very high temperature after each room cleaning.
With the help of disinfectants, we pay special attention to frequently touched surfaces such as switches, door handles, remote controls and tap handles (see, at the bottom of this page*, all other items that are regularly disinfected in our establishment),
All household linen (sheets, mattress covers, bath and bath towels, kitchen towels, napkins and blankets) are washed at the highest recommended temperature. All these textiles are handled with disposable gloves during each operation,
Our laundry baskets are cleaned and disinfected after each operation,
Our hoovers are emptied after each cleaning and they are systematically cleaned with a disinfectant, as are our dishwashers and washing machines,
We also pay particular attention to sofas, carpets, curtains and other soft and porous surfaces,
During each cleaning operation, we use disposable gloves which are discarded after each session before washing our hands again,
Finally, the expiry dates of all our cleaning supplies are checked at each delivery.
Our cancellation policyIf you have made a reservation directly with usIn accordance with the provisions made bythe order of 29 March 2020If you wish to cancel your stay, all stays booked and already paid for by you and which you wish to cancel will not be refunded before a period of 18 months from 29 March 2020, i.e. by 31 July 2021 at the latest. However, you will be allowed to postpone your stay within the same 18-month period. The sums you have already paid (either the deposit or the total balance) can be used as a credit note for a new identical or equivalent service within the next 18 months. The price of your new booking must not exceed the price of your old booking, or you may be able to benefit from a higher category of service than the initial service by paying the difference in price, which will remain at your expense. Finally, you should be aware that this credit note is divisible, i.e. it can be used in several instalments for several services.If you have made a reservation through an intermediaryWe strongly recommend that you contact directly the agency (online or travel agency) or intermediary who made your reservation with your establishment. It is, in fact, the latter which must apply the order of 29 March 2020 if it is established in France. Otherwise, only the latter can decide on the cancellation conditions it has set. We are sorry, therefore, that we are unable to intervene in this transaction between you and the latter.
